I will share de-identified healthcare datasets and current audit reports so you can run a full statistical review in Minitab, then translate the findings into the narrative of an advanced Quality Improvement project.
Primary goal
Clinical Documentation Improvement aimed at boosting the accuracy and clarity of patient records.
What I expect you to do
Import the data into Minitab, check distribution assumptions, build control charts or capability studies where useful, and quantify baseline versus post-intervention performance. Drill down to the main sources of variation, calculate sigma level or confidence intervals as appropriate, and highlight the factors most strongly linked to documentation errors. Once the analysis is solid, craft the methods, results, and interpretation sections in plain language that can go straight into a hospital QI submission.
Deliverables
• Minitab workspace plus exported graphs/tables
• Word report covering statistical approach, key metrics, and actionable recommendations
