I need a skilled tester to evaluate a gold wash plant designed for alluvial deposits.

Key aspects to test:
- 80 yard run thru wash plant, with matching conditions
- Test traditional system vs new system design
- Set up controlled test parameters
- Layout test procedures
- Record data from test markers used to identify capture rates
- Analyze & record composition of concentrates from cleanups
- Produce technical writing to be used in publication

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with gold mining equipment, especially wash plants
- Knowledge of alluvial mining processes
- Ability to provide detailed, actionable feedback
- Record data findings for report
