Getting my Artesian Build rig up and running

I purchased a rig in dec 2019 and got the order in spring of 2020 and I am only now attempting to get mining on it. I know, I know, but while the rig seems to boot up fine, it is not recognizing the ethernet connection and will not do anything without the internet...I have no idea why it is not recognizing the internet can someone help me with this...?
