I need a Minecraft Developer

I started up a project about 3-4 years ago for a Lorien Legacies Minecraft Mod. The Lorien Legacies is a book series where 9 alien children are sent to earth after their home planet was decimated by another alien race. They develop special abilities when they reach a certain age, ranging from sonic flight, fire manipulation, night vision, invisibility, shapeshifting, weather manipulation, basically whatever you can dream of are powers these aliens have. This Minecraft mod seeks to recreate these powers in Minecraft, as well as the lore and other things surrounding the powers from the books. I had a guy from the UK (I'm from the US) as my head coder, but he got super busy with life and the project never had a chance to make it past the "toddler" stage. It had a few features, but overall, I'd guess the project to be about 12-15% finished. I was never a developer, as I do not know how to code. However, I served as the project's main manager. I told my coder what the mod needed, and between him, myself, and other members, we discussed it and he did it. The project is in its death throes now, and as the "father" of the project, I really hate to see it die. My contributors and I would greatly appreciate a quote to hire a developer to bring this mod to life for us and the community. The goal is to bring the mod to not its fullest potential, but close enough to really bait in the community and have the community contribute to development so that it eventually become self sustaining.
