build beautiful place in Minecraft

I am looking for a talented minecraft builder. I have a map and I need birthday party place on this map.
You have to build:
- very big HAPPY BIRTHDAY text. Direction should be right so that it shall appear right on small screenshot
- very big present box
- new party land/place built on water: tables, grills, simple restaurant, music boxes, dance floor other party related things
