Minecraft Server Admin – Project G (Mythic Survival Server)
I’m building Project G, a large-scale mythology-themed survival server where player choices shape the world’s fate each season. I’m looking for an experienced server admin who can keep everything running smoothly while helping bring the mythic world to life.
Your Main Roles
• Player & Community Management
Oversee chat and player conduct—keep the community fair, friendly, and immersive.
Help players with questions about progression, trading, and events.
Coordinate and host in-game activities such as preparation weeks, boss events, and lore-based challenges.
Support seasonal transitions (e.g., Ragnarok → Heaven/Hell) and maintain a consistent atmosphere between updates.
• Plugin & System Management
Maintain and configure Paper-based plugins (EssentialsX, LuckPerms, MythicMobs, Citizens, Vault, WorldEdit, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration with the website API for leaderboards, player mail, and trading.
Manage backups, autosaves, and world transitions after major boss fights.
Write clear update notes and maintain server stability during large player events.

What I’m Looking For
Deep experience with Paper/Spigot environments
Familiarity with seasonal event systems or large community servers
Reliability and clear communication — logs and change notes are a must
Ability to troubleshoot quickly when plugins conflict or break after updates
Someone creative enough to contribute ideas for new events or gameplay improvements
I already handle the hosting, so you’ll receive console and FTP access along with our existing plugin list and permission setup. Clear logs, concise change notes, and respectful communication with both myself and the player base are essential.
