Setup Hytale Creative Server

Looking for someone who is able to help me create a solid Hytale creative server with plots, luck perms, essentials (/tpa, /home, etc.), decoration/furniture mods, and whatever else you think could benefit the server.

Wanting plots to be around 500 x 500 in size. Make it so players can have up to 3 plots per person (might add the option to donate and get more in the future). Just super simple server for creative similar to what they used to have on Minecraft. I also host it through BisectHosting, so I can just add you as a user and we can figure everything out from there. Nothing has been setup yet really other than that.
