Seeking Minecraft Server Developer proficient in Towny, Essentials, Voting, Buycraft (or Similar)

Looking for a skilled and experienced Minecraft Server Developer to handle the full development and set up of our Minecraft Server. The ideal candidate should be proficient with various plugins, specifically the Towny plugin, Essentials Plugin, Voting Plugin, and Buycraft (or a similar plugin).
Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing the server settings, plugin installation and configuration, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient gaming experience for players. Additionally, the Developer will be responsible for setting up the Towny plugin to enable town creation, provide guidance on using the Essentials plugin for essential commands, configure the Voting plugin to encourage player participation, and integrate a Buycraft-like plugin for in-game purchases.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of Minecraft server administration, plugin management, and a thorough knowledge of the Towny, Essentials, Voting, and Buycraft plugins. They should be able to work independently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with the server owner.
