Pterodactyl Minecraft Expert for Discord Support Team

We’re one of the world’s largest gaming hosting providers, and we’re expanding our Discord-based technical support team.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in Pterodactyl, preferably with a strong Minecraft server background, who can jump in immediately for a short paid trial.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer support tickets on Discord
• Troubleshoot Minecraft servers (Vanilla, Spigot, Paper, Forge, Fabric, modpacks)
• Assist customers with:
• Server setup & configuration
• Mods / plugins
• Crashes & startup errors
• Performance & RAM/CPU issues
• Work confidently inside Pterodactyl Panel
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Requirements
• Proven experience with Pterodactyl
• Strong understanding of Minecraft server hosting
• Comfortable reading logs and fixing common issues
• Fluent in English
• Reliable internet & availability during US time zones
• Discord-native (this is where all support happens)
Availability
• Must be available US time (EST / CST / PST)
• Able to start immediately
• 2-day trial period for evaluation (paid if successful)
