Playing Minecraft with Japanese young children in English
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m seeking someone who loves playing Minecraft and enjoys interacting with young kids. This project involves playing Minecraft with Japanese children aged 6-8, all while teaching them basic English words and phrases in a fun and engaging manner.
Key aspects for success:
1. Proficiency in Minecraft gameplay to lead and guide students.
2. Prioritizing fun and laughter to create an enjoyable atmosphere.
Examples of English content to teach:
• Animals: Learning the names of animals in the Minecraft world in English .
• House Components: Identifying and naming parts of a house while build a house or something in English.
• Simple Phrases: Teaching phrases like ‘I want,’ ‘I want to,’ ‘I have,’ and ‘I’m hungry’ while playing in the game play .
Teachers with these qualities tend to have higher repeat rates, especially those skilled in Minecraft and adventure play.
While we don’t actively teach English, we provide support to students in expressing themselves when needed.
• Morning availability in JST is preferred.
• Prompt response and reliability are important.
If you believe you’re a good fit for this project, please reach out to us.
