Minecraft mod developer

I am a Minecraft content creator and need a mod created or edited. I currently use a mod called blockbuster mod to help make my videos. The mod makes it so you can create custom NPCs. The only problem is the NPCs can’t drop loot. I need a mod that can have the NPCs drop loot that a player would normally have. Also there’s a mod called fabric carpet where you can slow down the game with the command /tick rate. another problem is with blockbuster I record the NPC movement, but if I put the game in /tick rate 5 it doesn’t slow down the NPCs. Please let me know how much it would cost to make something like this.
