Minecraft Server Setup with Custom Features

I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft server developer to create a custom server with the following features:

Core Features:
- 4 plugins (Economy, Permission, Land protection, and one of your choice)
- 2 maps in one: a Forest and a Medieval Village
- NPCs with shops for buying and selling items, weapons, and food
- Blacksmith NPC where players can buy or sell ores (currency: gold)
- Fantasy Forest with 3 houses available for purchase
- Custom command plugin
- High-texture graphics pack
- Notice board for quests and announcements

Custom Commands:
- Add quests to the notice board in the village
- Set up stores with commands
- Edit store items, including their cost
- Pet store where players can buy pets

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in setting up Minecraft servers
- Familiarity with Minecraft plugins and custom commands
- Knowledge of high-texture graphics packs
- Previous experience with NPC creation and shop setup
