Minecraft Server Development

I'm looking to create a Minecraft server with custom plugins and PvP zones.

Key Requirements:
- Type of server: To be determined (Survival, Creative, or Minigames)
- Concurrent players: Less than 20
- Custom plugins development
- Implementation of PvP zones

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Minecraft server setup and management
- Strong knowledge of Minecraft plugins and custom development
- Familiarity with PvP zone design and implementation
- Ability to accommodate a small player base (less than 20)
