Minecraft SMP Server Programmer

I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft server developer to help implement various programming functionalities on my new SMP server.

Key Requirements:
NPC Functionalities:
- Quests and rewards
- Shop and trade interactions
- Custom dialogue and behaviors

Donation System Integration:
- Website integration
- In-game commands
- Automatic rank upgrades

Shop Functions:
- In-game item purchases
- Virtual currency management
- Player-to-player trades

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Minecraft server plugins and mods
- Strong programming skills (Java, preferably)
- Experience with server-side scripting and website integration
- Familiarity with Minecraft economy systems and NPCs

Nice to have:
- Web development experience
