Minecraft Plugin Redesign

I'm looking for a skilled Minecraft plugin developer to recreate some utility and custom abilities for a plugin my friend and I purchased. We're not satisfied with the current abilities and need them remade to better enhance gameplay.

Requirements:
- Expertise in Minecraft plugin development.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement.
- Ability to design and implement utility and custom abilities.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Java (or the relevant language for Minecraft plugins).
