Minecraft Minigames Server Creation

(Note im posting this project early meaning I wont start this until 5-6 months later) I'm seeking an expert to establish a Minecraft minigames server for me. This server should host various minigames including:

- Bedwars
- Skywars
- Hunger Games
- Spleef
- Color Run/TNT Run
- Parkour
- Elytra Racing
- PvP Arena
- King of the Hill
- Maze Runner
- 4 Corners

A hub linking all minigames is essential. The server should also have:
- A feature to add friends and create parties
- A shop utilizing coins earned from winning minigames
- Custom maps for the minigames

While the ability to purchase coins using real money would be a bonus, it's not a requirement. I'm open to using any server hosting platform and server software, so long as it works effectively.

Please note that the budget is modest, but I encourage bids on the higher end if warranted by your expertise. Your skills should ideally include:

- Proficiency in Minecraft server setup and management
- Experience with creating and implementing custom maps
- Knowledge of Minecraft minigames and their setups
- Understanding of server-hosting platforms and software
