Minecraft Java to Bedrock Texture Pack Conversion

I need a texture pack for Minecraft Java. Items, UI/tools, fonts, and everything else in the provided file must be accurately converted to a Bedrock texture pack. This is a personal project for myself and my friends that requires server hosting.
ps: I tried almost every web/app/bot conversion tool for Java to Bedrock Pack, and they all failed. It appears that there is a technical issue with my plugins, or that something is interfering and preventing the Bedrock texture pack from loading. It actually downloads the pack but does not load for Bedrock players.
So I need a professional who is knowledgeable about server hosting, configuration, and development to accurately resolve this issue. I've done a lot of debugging with the latest AI tools and docs, but they still couldn't get it fixed after a few hours of trial and error, so I need someone who knows what he's doing to configure this pack to use my server paper/spigot via the Geyser/Floodgate bridge to make the server load and use this Bedrock texture pack.
You must be skilled at what you do. If you're not sure what's going on, please don't bother with this project.
