We are seeking a skilled Minecraft mod developer to create a custom Fabric mod with unique Lifesteal mechanics. This mod will enhance gameplay by introducing new heart, death, and revival mechanics, along with customized server interactions and UI elements.

Key Requirements:
- Implement custom heart mechanics where hearts drop upon death and can be transferred or stored.
- Introduce death mechanics that reduce the maximum heart count and ban players when their heart count reaches zero.
- Develop a revival system using revive beacons to unban players and restore their heart count.
- Limit the number of pearls players can hold and introduce a cooldown for pearl usage.
