I'm looking for a dedicated professional to assist with my Minecraft server, which is focused on building a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Player Recruitment: Bring in enthusiastic players who want to be part of a welcoming community.
- Streamer Engagement: Connect with popular streamers to help promote the server and keep the content exciting.
- Stream your own gameplay.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute various server events to keep players engaged and foster a sense of community.
- Consistent daily gameplay.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong understanding of Minecraft and its community
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with potential players and streamers
- Proven experience in event planning and organization
- Ability to think creatively for event ideas and streamer collaboration
I will pay a flat monthly rate, but I am looking for someone who can dedicate a minimum of 1 hour daily to being active on the server and actively looking for people to play with them.
