MINECRAFT: We are building a team to create realistic city map by using Minecraft

Hello,
We are creating a historic city in Minecraft, 1:1 scale with real data. It will be as detailed as possible to experience the history and mystery of the city. We will be happy if you are willing to be a part of that long term project.
Preferably be a Minecraft Enthusiast !!!
We;
- Create server
- Create website (application site for players)
- Integrate API data of the city to Minecraft Map (approx 12000x12000 blocks)
- Build map with realistic data
- Integrate city planning on Minecraft Map by using real data
- Create custom blocks / objects according to photos
- Create custom skin
- Create texture pack
- Create realistic historic building
- Create Minigames in server
- Create video content for YouTube
- Do server optimization
