LuckPerms Setup for Minecraft Server

I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft server administrator to set up LuckPerms on my Paper server.

Requirements:
- Set up permissions for the following groups: Admin, Member, Mod, Owner, Co-Owner, Trainee, Sr. Mod, Head Admin, Manager.
- Commands access configuration:
- Manager, Co-Owner, and Head Admin: All commands.
- Member: Basic commands (e.g., /help, /spawn).
- Trainee: Basic commands, plus /kick, /mute (no /ban). Only the Owner can ban or demote trainees through co-owner
- Mod: Unlocks /vanish and /ban.
- Sr. Mod: Everything Mod does, plus /openinv and /openender.
- Admin: Everything Sr. Mod does, plus /gamemode creative and /give.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with LuckPerms and Paper servers.
- Strong understanding of Minecraft permissions and command structures.
- Previous experience setting up permissions for multiple groups.
