I’m starting a fresh Minecraft Survival server and already have the hosting and premium plugins covered on my end. What I need now is an experienced hand to turn this blank canvas into a polished, one-of-a-kind world players will remember.

The work revolves around full configuration and fine-tuning: installing the chosen plugins, balancing them so gameplay feels natural, setting up permissions, economy, crates, ranks, and any quality-of-life add-ons that elevate a Survival experience. I’m looking for creative ideas too—custom messages, unique spawn layout guidance, maybe a few bespoke scripts or configurations that differentiate us from every other “copy-paste” server.

Performance matters. I’d like you to optimize the backend (paper/spigot/purpur, your call) so lag stays minimal even with a healthy player count, and run thorough testing before hand-off.
