Custom Minecraft Mod Pack Creation

Hi I was interested in having a mod pack commissioned but had a few questions.
I’ve compiled a list of mods I wanted but I haven’t included any library or performance optimisation sort of mods, I was wondering do you sort all those kinds of things out? Also similar question in regards to the fact that I’m sure some mods i have included need to have other mods added in order to make them compatible with each other or even just work at all so I was curious if you take care of that as well.

Once we do reach the stage of putting the mod pack together if you could just keep me updated if anything doesn’t work and needs to be removed or if you have a suggestion of a mod that could do the job of one already included but better I’d love to have that suggested as I’m sure you’ve got some good insight seeing your experience with modpacks.

I’ll attach the list of mods I’ve compiled so you can get an idea of what the mod pack would look like and if you can easily identify any issues or improvements or things I need to research and include before you can begin working on it. Thank you!
