Cobbleverse Modpack Point System Integration

I'm looking for a Minecraft mod that works with the Cobbleverse modpack. This mod should implement a point system that rewards users for completing quests. Points can also be distributed via admin commands.

Key Requirements:
- Rewards points for in-game progress, specifically quest completion.
- Fixed points for each quest.
- Admin commands to grant points.
- Shop for custom Pokémon-related items, including:
- Masterballs
- Random Pokémon summoning (shiny/legendary)
- Other unique items

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Minecraft modding
- Experience with Cobbleverse and similar modpacks
- Experience with Pokemon in general
- Familiarity with point system and in-game currency development
- Strong coding skills, preferably in Java
