Finalize Living-Room Millwork Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My living-room renovation is already about 90 % designed in AutoCAD; I simply need that final 10 % polished and documented. You’ll receive the current DWG, reference photos, and mark-ups, and your task is to bring the set to construction-ready quality.
Millwork focus
• Refine the built-in benches, locking in exact sizing and shelf spacing.
• Confirm the window bench depth so cushions and storage clearances read correctly.
• Align all profiles with each other
- reassess counter depth to bench depth
Power plan
Generate a clean power/low-voltage sheet that shows outlet, USB, and AV locations coordinated with the millwork and furniture layout. I already have a lighting plan in place; you’ll simply be checking my low tech drawings and ensuring the power points line up.
Visuals & deliverables
– Updated AutoCAD DWG with plan, elevations, and millwork sections
– PDF sheet set ready for the contractor
– 2–3 rendered views (your preferred engine is fine; the model is lightweight) showcasing the completed millwork and overall room mood
