converting xmlmusic files into midi files and viewing staff notes

I am looking for someone who is good with js programming and who knows midi and knows music notation. I have a web page where you can upload midi files. This already works well. I would like to implement, on this page, the possibility of uploading xml files, converting them into executable midi files, and displaying the musical notation with svg or canvas on the page.
