MSTR Web - Submit selection

Hi,
I have a MicroStrategy web dashboard with 5 dropdown selector filters. I am looking to create a submit button so that on click of submit button the grid will be filled with dropdown selector values.
we are using JavaScript: mstrapp.docmodel.controller.resetselections() method to reset all selector values.
But the current requirement is to submit the page / form on the click of a button. Check the attached proposed design. Need to post all value on Submit button click.
