Fix text height in Microstation linestyles.

I have a .dgnlib file with a few hundred linestyles. A lot of the linestyles have text (see attachment). Sometimes the text comes in at 0.8mm high, sometimes it is at 5mm high, sometimes 2500mm high. I need someone to edit the linestyles so that all the text is at 2.5mm high. To do this you will need to know how to edit text styles, please mention that you are able to edit text styles in your submission.
