I need help with Microsoft Outlook 2013 and OneDrive

I need help fixing/cleaning up .pst files on both my computer and OneDrive. I recently had to set up a new laptop (Windows 11) after a computer died. I attempted to import Outlook files (from gmail addresses) but know that it didn't set up correctly (I had to leave a .pst on the desktop to make it work). Instead of always trying to fight against OneDrive I finally decided to start utilizing it earlier today. In the process, I now have a mess. OneDrive is "having sync issues" and Outlook wouldn't open for hours (it just opened successfully). I'd like to clean up all the old and/or non-working .pst files and have Outlook run properly.
