In MS Word 2016, I need someone to create a template or macro, that allows each page to be divided into two horizontal sections. The top horizontal section would be expandible, going from no text, to one line of text, going the full width of the page, to text taking up to a maximum of 3 inches in height. This top section must span across pages. It would have its own font selection. It would also need to have a way to be blank, so a particular page might only have the bottom section.
The second lower section is the rest of the page, with its own font, and it also would span across pages, which is extensive notes on the text in the top section.
The two horizontal sections would work independently, meaning the top section would have a few lines of text, with its own font, going from page to page, while the bottom section would fill the rest of the page and then move to the lower section of the next pages.
I have tried text boxes and tables, but could not get the text on the top section to go to the next page after a maximum of 3 inches.
