Windows Driver Digital Signing --Private--

We are looking at getting a Windows Driver Signed for Windows Server 2019 use / compatibility. The driver works perfectly fine on Windows Server 2012 R2, but the version (#) had to be modified to be used on Windows Server 2019, thus the Microsoft OEM Signature Broke.
The .inf driver needs its date and version code directories updated and a private digital certificate /signature created.
Windows WDK Tool + Windows Visual Studio 2019 should be used to achieve this.
