Wage Data Collection Via MS Forms
Budget: $25 – $60 AUD
The purpose of this project is to create a Microsoft Forms interface for tracking the living away from home allowance (LAFHA) related data. The form will be used to note the number of nights spent away from home and the associated job details.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have a background in creating data collection forms
- Have experience with Microsoft Forms in particular
**Please see attached PDF that is currently used. We would require this, enabled for easy phone use, with the ability to select their manager from a drop-down list and then have it automatically sent it to them once submitted.
Only individuals with the required expertise need apply. The goal is to have a seamless form that won't require several rounds of revisions, so accuracy and a deep understanding of the subject matter is key.
