Two-way Sync Between Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar

I need a solution, preferably using Power Automate, that enables a full, two-way synchronization between my Microsoft 365 Calendar and Google Calendar.
Key Requirements:
- The solution needs to address the issue of duplicate events. I want to eliminate any chances of having the same event appearing on both calendars.
- The synchronization should be equal in both directions. This means updates made in Microsoft 365 should reflect in Google Calendar and vice versa.
- The syncing solution should have full access to both calendars, including the ability to delete events when necessary.
