Transfer Programs and Files to New PC

I need help transferring the following to my new Windows computer:

- Productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Adobe Suite
- Dreamweaver
- Antivirus

All user files and documents also need to be transferred. Programs should work on the new computer with default settings.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Windows OS
