Tracking of material (Glass suppliers) and finished windows (Power app/SharePoint)

Job ID: 36193961

Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR

Goal/Target Glass orders
Tracking of material (Glass orders) and products with status (degree of completion/value) and
location at delivery, production, pickup/delivery.

Processes
The supplier sends in advance by electronic means (e.g., e-mail) a notification with information about
the delivery, especially the distribution of the Glass orders on the transport Racks.

Yard/Goods Receipt (external warehouse)
Delivery of glass. Glass orders and Racks are
already provided with barcodes/QR upon delivery.
We would like to see ("3-Way-Matching") what was delivered by the respective glass supplier and
when, what is contained in the respective packaging (Racks) and where it was deposited on our
premises.

The solution is designed to support the delivery and storage of glass prior to production. For the production of windows, glass
are ordered from several suppliers. These glasses are marked with a barcode and are delivered on
trestles that are also marked with a barcode delivered. Before the delivery receives from the
suppliers AVIS messages from the suppliers stating which discs for which orders are on which on
which trestles and with which barcode they are marked.

On delivery, the trestles are received by an employee and placed in an open warehouse. The app
must manage the warehouse: Inbound, outbound, locations of trestles within the warehouse,
relocation of slices to other trestles.

Windows Orders (own production)
Same-day compare The logical like for glass. The windows have also in unique barcode. So the only difference is, that it will be needed to conect to a SQL database to read the orders which is connected with the barcode and then track and handle windows on racks and outside Warehouse.

Implementation should be over PowerApp.

We would see the glass deliveries and also produced windows on a SharePoint webpage also for managing and overview.
