Terminal Server Outlook Errors

On the terminal server
You click on outlook > it prompts for your password > then it prompts to send you a text or call > you enter the code > then it says it is done connecting > click ok & then you get a message that outlook folders are not available or something (unfortunately I didn’t grab a copy of the exact message the last time it happened) > you hit ok & then click outlook again and then it opens and is good.
We can't seem to figure out why this error is occurring.
