Tech Support Company

Hi, we're a small business that has gone entirely remotely within the last 12 months. We are finding that we require more available remote tech support. I'm looking for a partner for this business matter long term. You’ll need to sort out all our staff onboarding requirements and fix our ongoing Microsoft office issues. Microsoft team issues. As well as Hosting and various other tech issues. The person we would we were looking to work with would have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office. We will be calling on you on an Ad hoc basis and are required to communicate via TeamViewer or likewise to resolve our issues. Please don’t respond if you don’t have clear communication skills and are not able to jump onto a team platform to work with us and resolve our various issues.
