Create of POC to demonstrate it´s possible to use a Skill in PVA to hand-over to a Human Agent in an Engagement Hub. The customer will use a Engagement Hub (called Avaya) where the human agents will work.
The end users will ask questions from MS Teams.

-------Requirements------
1. Transfer to a human agent in PVA through a Skill (Use Omnichannel for demo purpose).

2. The Skill shall integrate with Omnichannel

3. Make sure the PVA is not interrupting the live agent when the end user is talking to the live agent (find the best approach here, for e.g. Disable PVA triggers during the handoff, Implement handoff detection)

4. When the live agent / end user is completed with their session, the control goes back to the PVA - which will end the session
5. Demo it for me, then provide me the login details to PVA and Azure so I can test it

No need to deploy it to Teams. You can test it from the inbult test chat in PVA
