SharePoint Server Setup and Admin
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a SharePoint server set up on Microsoft 365.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
- Familiarity with setting up and managing user permissions
- Strong organizational skills to ensure proper folder access
I’d like the permission groups to be set-up and be appliance to our current and future projects.
Admins should be able to assign internal licence holders, external freelancers and invited clients to the respective folders.
Draft Structure:
Marble 365 Admin
can invite people, administer the sharepoint, etc
Marble Account Team
access to specific client facing folders (especially client budget)
access to all other folders
Marble Lead Team
Access to a series of work-stream folders
including a working Finance / Budget folder for collecting information
Marble Freelancer Team
Access to specific work-stream folders (ie. only to an evening events folder)
CLIENT LEADS
Access to a Client Section of Sharepoint
all Client folders
Exclusive Access to a client budget / finance folder
CLIENT TEAM
Access to specific client work-stream folders
