SharePoint PowerShell Script with Notification + Error handling

Need SharePoint Online PowerShell script that will automate tasks and generate email notifications on success and failures and include error handling using try/catch blocks.
The script include SPMT PowerShell Module to help automate migration tasks (via csv file) from fileshare to MS Team in SharePoint online
Create MS Team and add owners & members
Use SPMT PowerShell Module to use the csv file to add Migration Tasks and log each migration on errors / success
Email notification on errors and on successful completion
When errors occur, the script should be able to detect them and execute the appropriate action. The script should also generate log files as needed so that any issues can be tracked and audited. This script must be reliable and should be able to run autonomously with minimal intervention. The code should be well commented to help understanding the logic behind the script.
