SharePoint Online - using PowerShell, remove existing permissions (inheritance has been broken) on multiple sites & document libraries. And add a read permission group and an edit permission group from CSV file.

I am looking for a SharePoint Online expert who can use PowerShell to remove existing permissions (where inheritance has been broken) on multiple sites and document libraries. Additionally, I need the expert to add a read permission group and an edit permission group from a CSV file.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience in managing permissions and inheritance in SharePoint
- Familiarity with CSV file handling in PowerShell

Project Requirements:
1. Remove existing permissions:
- Identify sites and document libraries where inheritance has been broken
- Use PowerShell to remove existing permissions on these sites and libraries

2. Add read and edit permission groups:
- Retrieve the names of read and edit permission groups from a CSV file
- Use PowerShell to add these groups to the respective sites and libraries

Project Timeline:
