Setup 4 devices with ms office family user account with security features

I am looking for a freelancer to set up 2 laptops and 1 desktop with 1 Microsoft Office 365 family account and include security features such as restricted login hours, web filtering, and device location tracking also receive activity reports on their child's device usage and set up alerts for specific activities. The devices that need to be set up are laptops, but other devices such as tablets or smartphones can also be considered.
