Service contract automation

I am looking for a freelancer who can help automate our client service contracts (sometimes called engagement letters). We currently have a manual process in place and are looking to speed up the contract creation process and decrease human error.

Skills and experience needed:
- Experience in contract automation
- Knowledge of consulting contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in software or tools for contract automation

Currently, the contract exists in Microsoft Word. The desired automation would go through the following steps:
1a) A manual trigger for the initiation of the process
1b) A guided process for creation of the final contract (i.e. filling in details of the contract into a blank template)
2) Converting the contract to a PDF
3) Using Microsoft Approvals:
a) Routing the contract to the business owner for e-signing
b) Routing the contract to the client for e-signing
4) Once signing was complete, notifying admin
5) Saving completed contract to Sharepoint document library

The automation should take place entirely within the Microsoft app environment.
