Senior Microsoft Support Engineer

DCG specializes in resolving complex Microsoft support issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, security, and related cloud workloads—often stepping in when internal IT teams or traditional support models have reached their limits.
We are currently exploring relationships with freelance senior, escalation-capable Microsoft engineers on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible augmentation model focused on Tier-3 support and overflow coverage, with engineers operating embedded in our support workflows—not a project delivery or managed services engagement. We need engineers who can join a fast-moving team and are comfortable facing clients.
