Project Description:
We are a UK-based e-commerce brand using:
• Microsoft (email, SharePoint, identities)
• Shopify (store)
• Meta (ads & business manager)
We work with multiple contractors and freelancers. We need a secure, role-based access system with instant revocation (kill-switch) and no shared passwords.

✅ Scope of Work
1. Microsoft (Primary Identity System)
• Configure individual user accounts for all contractors
• Enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users
• Set up role-based SharePoint folder permissions
• Ensure the founder remains the only Global Admin
• Enable login & audit logs
2. Password & Legacy Systems
• Set up team password management using:
• 1Password or
• LastPass
• Create vaults by role (Marketing, Ops, Dev)
• Ensure no passwords are shared via messages or documents
3. Shopify Access
• Set up individual users
• Apply correct permission levels (no shared admin)
• Confirm founder is Store Owner
4. Meta Business Manager
• Verify Business ownership
• Assign proper ad/account roles only
• Ensure no assets are owned by personal Facebook accounts
5. Security Handover
• Provide a Loom video walkthrough
• Provide a written offboarding checklist
• Provide a final access report (who has access to what)

• You will NOT receive full global admin permanent access.
• Work must be done via delegated or temporary admin where required.
• No password sharing via chat.
• Payment is released only after:
