Resolve OneDrive Syncing Issues

I'm having troubles with OneDrive syncing from my Windows computer. The sync process has been refusing to start properly irrespective of several troubleshooting steps I've already undertaken, including reinstalling the OneDrive app and checking my internet connection.
I will need someone with excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with OneDrive and Windows systems. Besides the main task, you'll be expected to:
* Identify the origin of the sync problem
* Propose viable solutions within a specific timeframe
* Implement the most effective solution to rectify the issue
Having a tech background in solving Microsoft OneDrive issues will be a plus. Proven experience in fixing similar problems is essential. The prime focus is to get the syncing back up and running smoothly.
