Remove selected files from a folder based on a list of filenames

Hello! For a research project, I'm processing a large number of files that are saved in a folder. However, I need to remove some of them from the folder based on a list of filenames. In other words, I have a list of filenames saved in a csv, and I'm hoping to remove all files in the folder that match the filenames in that list. (The left panel of the attached screenshot shows the files in the folder; they are in txt format. The right panel of the screenshot shows the list of files that I want to remove from the folder on the left. e.g. I want to remove PMC3403176_corp3 and a couple other files from the folder as they are in the "list of files to be removed").

Could you instruct me on how to do this, ideally writing a script/a few commands which I can implement in my terminal? Thank you! I'm willing to pay $10-20, assuming it can be successfully implemented on my laptop. I'm using Windows.
