Power Automate Form Development
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We would like to develop an automated data collection form using Microsoft forms/power automate that:
- uses a checklist specific to each client, that we have developed in excel
- pick up an email address for the client or we input when we generate the form
- allows documents to be uploaded as a response to one of the questions
- allows client to make notes in each item about the information including if not relevant this year
- save the information in SharePoint
- sends an email to a specific email address with all of the information attached (same for all clients) for processing of the information
