MS Outlook 2013 to Outlook 2024 Migration - 27/12/2024 16:47 EST

I'm in need of assistance migrating my MS Outlook 2013 emails from current laptop running Win10 to a new laptop running Win11 with Outlook 2024 and Rogers/Yahoo being email provider.

Key Requirements:
- Migrate all emails and folders from current laptop running Outlook 2013 to a new laptop running Outlook 2024 with Rogers/Yahoo being the email provider. Emails need to remain local and do not want emails migrated to cloud.
- Set up the 2 POP/IMAP email accounts in the new Outlook 2024.
- Assess and possibly migrate email rules and settings.

Given that I'm unsure about the email rules and settings, an expert opinion on what needs to be transferred will be appreciated.
