Offline MDT/WDS Imaging Server Lab

I am building a lab in Hyper-V, so I can simulate imaging a laptop on a remote site. I have set up WDS/MDT/task sequence on a server VM, along with DHCP but I am unable to get the PXE boot for a client VM working. I would like some assistance in getting this to work as I am learning this to be applied in production soon.

Please note I prefer a fixed cost and not an hourly rate. Thank you!
